No importó para los medios la convocatoria, ni mucho menos el discurso, menos aún, los documentos que entregó AMLO al Frente Amplio Progresista, que incluyen contratos entre PEMEX y Transportes Especializados Ivancar de prestación de servicios. En dichos contratos aparece la firma de Juan Camilo Mouriño, hoy Secretario de Gobernación, quien en la época en que firmó como apoderado general (Dueño) de la empresa en diciembre de 2002, septiembre y diciembre de 2003, fungía como asesor del Secretario de Energía de aquella época: Felipe Calderón. Anteriormente Mouriño se desempeñó como Presidente de la Comisión de Energía en la Cámara de Diputados, es decir, siempre ligado al sector energético de este país, en 2004 nuevamente aparece en dicho rubro como Subsecretario de Electricidad. Pero no todo termina ahí, esta empresa y Mouriño lograron contratos millonarios de PEMEX mediante procesos de adjudicación directa sin ninguna competencia (o licitación pública), sin ninguna otra propuesta para analizar. Los datos son los siguientes: primer contrato se celebró el 20 de diciembre de 2002, con la clave GTT-00142-01/2003, para transportar productos derivados del petróleo. Con vigencia del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2003. El monto del convenio establece un mínimo de 3 millones 320 mil pesos y un máximo de 8 millones 300 mil pesos. En septiembre de 2003 se dio una modificación del convenio. El segundo acuerdo aparece con la clave GTT-00142-01/2004 y se dio en términos similares. A todas luces se ve, como es costumbre en este país, que el tráfico de influencias entre funcionarios públicos es para beneficio propio. Este caso demuestra un cinismo nunca antes visto, el propio asesor del secretario de Energía firma como apoderado de su empresa. En el pasado por lo menos hacían firmar a un prestanombres o resucitaban a un muerto. Ya sabemos que nos van a decir que no es cierto, que es mentira, que todo estuvo apegado a la ley y todo lo demás.
Son cómplices los medios de comunicación porque la noticia de la aprobación de la reforma judicial sólo requirió la mitad de tiempo y espacio que la de los abucheos del domingo pasado, sobre los planes y proyectos de la comisión en defensa del petróleo. Dos pequeñas menciones y de los documentos nada hasta ayer jueves en el periódico El Universal. Es decir, lo verdaderamente importante que se debiera resaltar es –con una dosis importante de manipulación- un altercado al que llamaron violencia perredista. Nada importó más en tres días, da igual si nos siguen engañando, si siguen los favores entre la clase política, si siguen robando, si siguen dando contratos a diestra y siniestra como el último de la Lotería Nacional. Da igual si privatizan o no PEMEX, lo importante fueron los abucheos y los reclamos airados. La gente está cansada de tanta burla y del mutis cuando se habla de algo verdaderamente trascendental para la vida de México. Los medios de comunicación no leen correctamente lo que está sucediendo en el país y prácticamente no son capaces de representar la sensibilidad de sus lectores, oyentes o televidentes y de la sociedad en su conjunto que grita ¡ya basta!
